These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any separate written contract you sign with us for renovation or home care services.
True North Renovations ("True North," "we," "us," or "our") is a design-build home renovation and home care company operating in the Boise, Idaho area. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Any pricing, timelines, or scope information displayed on the Site, provided through the Home Value Quiz, or given in an initial phone or email response is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, scope of work, materials, and timelines are determined only after an in-person or virtual site assessment and are set out in a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Statistics referenced on the Site (such as homes renovated or years in business) describe our general track record and are not a guarantee of results for any individual project.
Once a project moves forward, the specific terms of that engagement — including price, payment schedule, materials, timeline, and warranty coverage — are governed by the signed project agreement between you and True North Renovations, not by this Site. Scheduling windows communicated by phone, email, or text (including appointment reminders and crew arrival windows) are estimates and may shift due to weather, permitting, material availability, or other factors outside our control; we'll make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes.
True North Renovations maintains applicable contractor licensing, bonding, and insurance coverage required to perform renovation work in our service area. Specific license, bond, and insurance details are available upon request and will be included in your signed project agreement.
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content on the Site (excluding content you submit, as described in Section 8) are owned by or licensed to True North Renovations and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our content for commercial use without our prior written consent.
If you submit photos, testimonials, reviews, or other content to us (including as part of a project or in response to a request for feedback), you grant True North Renovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing materials, including on this Site and our social media channels, unless you tell us in writing that you'd prefer we not use it.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consenting to receive texts is never required to purchase our services. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here is intended to limit warranty obligations set out in a signed project agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True North Renovations and our employees and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, unless your signed project agreement specifies a different dispute resolution process for that project.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and we'll update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
